Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Rodolfo Burque (sole proprietor, CNPJ 60.737.754/0001-50, State of São Paulo, Brazil), the person behind AIOS. Short version: this site collects very little, sells nothing about you, and only processes what you choose to send.

What gets collected

  • Qualification form. Before booking, a short form asks for your name, work email, company and a few questions about your operation. That information goes to ChatFunnel, the CRM I use to prepare the call and follow up. It is used only to talk to you about your request — never sold, never added to a marketing list.
  • Booking a call. Scheduling runs on Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email and anything you type in the booking form, under Cal.com's privacy policy. I receive that information to prepare and hold the call.
  • Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver and protect the service.
  • Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers (disclosing your IP address to Google).
  • Analytics. The site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referral source, approximate region). No advertising profiles, no data sales.

What it's used for

Two purposes only: holding the conversation you asked for (the call), and understanding how the site performs so it can improve. No spam lists. Your email is never sold or shared for marketing.

Who processes data

ChatFunnel (qualification form and CRM), Cal.com (scheduling), Vercel (hosting), Google (fonts and analytics). Each acts as a processor under its own terms. No other third parties receive your data.

Retention

Booking information is kept for as long as needed to manage our conversation and any engagement that follows. Analytics data is aggregate and time-limited by the tool's default retention.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and equivalent laws such as the GDPR, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to rodolfoburque@gmail.com and I will handle it directly.

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date.
